We are thrilled by the enthusiastic response to our 2025 Call for Artists. The submission period has now closed, and we are currently reviewing all proposals. We will be reaching out to all applicants to notify them of the next steps in the coming weeks. We sincerely appreciate everyone's interest and effort in contributing to the BorderLight Theatre Festival.

Project and Payment Terms

Our team will carefully review each submission, considering creativity, relevance to the festival's aesthetic (adventurous, experimental, unexpected, thought-provoking, playful), and the artist's unique perspective.

Working from a brief provided by BorderLight, one chosen Artist will develop 3 sketch concepts, in color, for a first payment of $100. BorderLight will select one of these concepts to be fully developed.

The final artwork will be delivered digitally  no later than  March 17-19, 2025.

Upon receipt of the finalized key image, a final payment of $600.00 will be issued.

Project Deliverables:

A high-quality vector file at 300 dpi with a vertical orientation, ensuring optimal resolution for printing and reproduction.
