Paul O. Mims is a playwright, food writer, and drag performer whose writing's been featured in national publications such as Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Allrecipes, and The Spruce Eats. He is the founder and creative director of Studio Emcee, which is a multi-disciplinary writing collective based in New York City (NYC). He currently resides in NYC.
